  • Dynamic Yoga is our strongest yoga offering at FLOW, designed to challenge you physically and mentally. Expect to work up a sweat as we flow through a series of challenging asanas and transitions, seamlessly linked by breath.

    Throughout this 50 minute practice, you will be building strength, improving flexibility, improving stability and elevating your mind-body connection, leaving you feeling energised and powerful.

    Modifications and adaptations of poses will always be offered to you, making this practice accessible for all.

  • Slow Flow Yoga is a calming and meditative practice that promotes relaxation, it is designed to bring you back to centre through intentional & mindful movement.

    Slow Flow Yoga focuses on flexibility and mobility with a gentle approach to strength. As you softly move through a series of poses at a relaxed pace, there will be moments of stillness where you are invited to release tension and cultivate awareness of your mind and body. Whether you are looking to unwind, improve your alignment and/or your flexibility, Slow Flow Yoga will soothe your nervous system, leaving you feeling grounded and restored.

  • Yin Yoga is a slow, passive practice focusing on the connective tissue through deep stretching and long holds of 3–5 minutes. By relaxing into each posture and letting gravity take over, you promote flexibility, circulation, and joint health in a calming, supportive environment.

    Beyond physical benefits, Yin Yoga integrates mindfulness and meditation, fostering inner awareness and a deeper connection with your body and breath.

  • Slow but strong, Foundations Reformer is designed to challenge both total newbies and Reformer pros alike. A slower-paced class with a strong focus on control and technique, Foundations Reformer is the perfect introduction for first-timers but is equally suited to anyone looking to slow down and perfect the reformer basics.

    Expect to slowly build that signature Reformer burn as your instructor guides you through a series of exercises held for 2-3 minutes each, giving you time to get comfortable on the reformer, perfect each movement and slowly build to that signature Reformer burn.

  • Dynamic Reformer fuses the most effective parts of Pilates and Strength training to leave you feeling strong, sculpted and energised. Expect to work up a sweat as our trainers guide you through a challenging, creative sequence of dynamic movements and static holds, targeting your whole body to build strength, endurance, flexibility and co-ordination. 

    This class is designed to challenge all fitness levels but owing to its fast pace is most suited to those who have mastered the foundations of Reformer. If you are new to Reformer or enjoy working at a slower pace we recommend joining our Foundations Reformer classes.
