Studio 1

Barre

Built around music, our barre classes draw on Pilates, Yoga and dance to build core strength and improve balance, posture and flexibility.

We use bodyweight, light weights, balls and resistance bands for intensity, variety and progression.

Suitable for all fitness levels, including for prenatal with modifications.

Ass & Abs

Bringing it back to basics with a class solely aimed at the glutes and core.

This class will activate and build muscle endurance to the targeted areas until they reach maximum burn. Minimal equipment needed but maximum sass required.

This class is low impact on joints and is not suitable for prenatal.

Strength & Sculpt

The ultimate full-body workout, Strength and Sculpt features a perfect fusion of bodyweight movement with equipment including resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells and more. Our instructors will guide you through a dynamic 45-minute class targeting all the major muscle groups, to leave you feeling defined, strong, and with that all-important burn. Trainers are required.

Studio 2

Yoga

  • Dynamic Yoga

Our signature dynamic yoga class will take you through a powerful flow, combining static postures with strong transitions and the opportunity to explore progressions such as binds, arm and hand balances to deepen your practice and encourage mental clarity.

Using breathwork to form the foundation of your practice, expect to create heat, improve strength and flexibility, and take your body and mind away from the grind of city life.

A perfect complement to cardio, resistance training or sports, Dynamic Yoga is ideal for those with an established level of fitness and previous yoga experience. This class is not suitable for pregnancy.

  • Slow Flow Yoga

Our candle-lit, mellow yoga flow, set to a calming playlist to help restore both body and mind. Anchored by breathwork, you will be led through a creative, gentle flow combining standing, seated and supine postures that will soothe the nervous system, calm the mind and help you to leave the mat feeling lighter and more spacious in body and mind. Expect to use props such as bolster cushions, straps and blocks to help support and deepen release.

Slow Flow Yoga is suitable for beginners, yoga veterans, and anyone looking for a slower-paced class, as well as both pregnancy and post-natal recovery.

  • Yin Yoga

Our open-level class designed to work deeply into muscles, joint and fascia by holding seated and supine postures for up to five minutes at a time, allowing you to stretch, release tension and unwind from the day in our candle-lit studio.

Expect to use props such as bolster cushions, straps and blocks throughout for unbeatable restoration and release, focussing on areas of tension such as hips, hamstrings, shoulders and upper back.

Open to all levels including beginners, pregnancy and post-natal, this class is a great counterbalance to our Dynamic Yoga class, cardio, resistance training and sports, offering an environment in which you can really let go.

Pilates

  • Dynamic Pilates

A full-body workout that uses controlled movements on the mat, to target your core, improve flexibility, and promote proper alignment. This open level class will develop your body awareness and improve your overall conditioning. This class is not suitable for prenatal clients.

Studio 3

Reformer

  • Foundations Reformer45

    Our Foundations Reformer45 is a great introduction to reformer for total newbies. This class will get you up and running with the basics of the reformer. We recommend attending at least 4 of these classes before taking our Dynamic Reformer45 class. This class is suitable for pre/postnatal with modifications. Classes are done in bare feet or grippy barre/pilates socks.
  • Dynamic Reformer45

    A powerful full body workout building strength, increasing flexibility and toning every single little muscle. This class is ideal for those who have mastered the foundations of reformer. This class is unsuitable for prenatal clients. Classes are done in bare feet or grippy barre/pilates socks.
